Omis, Croatia

Omis, Croatia is a small town on the Cetina River about 16 miles from Split. It has beautiful emerald green water and is surrounded by massive gorges and It is popular with mountain climbers.

We continued along the river to the countryside and we stopped for lunch at a restaurant that served family style and, of course, typical Croatian menu. During the meal we were entertained by some local talent. We ate outside the restaurant and the river was close, we could see river rafting tours going down the river.
